Welcome to swipeball.fun (the “Site”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and related promotional experiences. The Site is operated by TitanHold LLC (“TitanHold”, “we”, “us”) and developed by Ads Online Global Limited (“Ads Online Global”). By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Entertainment-only service
SwipeBall provides free-to-play social casino-style games for entertainment. Virtual coins, chips, or credits have no real-world cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or prizes outside the game ecosystem, and do not constitute gambling under these Terms. Where provincial rules restrict simulated gaming content, you must not use the Site if you are prohibited from doing so.
2. Eligibility in Canada
You must be at least the age of majority for social gaming content in your province or territory (18 or 19 years, depending on location). You represent that you meet this requirement and that you are not barred from using online entertainment services under applicable law.
3. Account and gameplay services
Certain features may require connecting to third-party game platforms or creating publisher accounts. Those services are subject to the publisher’s terms and privacy policies. TitanHold is not responsible for publisher billing, virtual purchases on mobile stores, or account suspensions imposed by publishers.
4. Acceptable use

Site branding for SwipeBall, layout, and original materials are owned by TitanHold or Ads Online Global, as applicable. Game assets, trademarks, and characters may belong to their respective publishers. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to access the Site for personal entertainment in Canada unless otherwise stated.
6. Virtual items and purchases
Optional in-game purchases may be processed by app stores or publisher payment systems. All sales are final except where required by consumer protection laws in your province. Prices, taxes, and currency display may vary by platform. TitanHold does not process real-money wagers on the Site.
7. Advertising and communications
TitanHold may promote the Site through digital advertising directed to Canada. Marketing emails or push messages, if any, will comply with CASL, including identification of TitanHold and an unsubscribe mechanism. See our Privacy Policy for data practices.
8. Third-party links and stores
The Site may link to Apple App Store, Google Play, Amazon Appstore, social networks, or support portals. We do not control third-party sites and are not liable for their content, policies, or availability.
9. Disclaimers
The Site and games are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or preservation of virtual progress.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TitanHold, Ads Online Global, and their affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Site. Aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100) or the minimum amount required by law if greater.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TitanHold and Ads Online Global from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which TitanHold is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Consumers retain mandatory rights under provincial consumer protection statutes. Disputes should first be raised through our support channels; where permitted, parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before formal proceedings.

We may modify these Terms to reflect legal updates, new features, or business changes. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where allowed by law.
